
KPOP MINNECON 2025: General Vendor Applications Now Open!
Welcome to the official general vendor call for KPOP MINNECON 2025! We are excited to invite vendors to join us for this vibrant celebration of K-pop culture and community. KPOP MINNECON will bring together fans, artists, and businesses from all over for a day filled with exciting events, panels, performances, and more.
We are looking for diverse vendors to showcase their products, services, and merchandise at our event. Whether you’re selling K-pop merchandise, fashion, beauty products, art, or food, we encourage you to apply and be part of this unforgettable experience!
Vendor spaces will be prioritized for those who secure their spot early, ensuring the best opportunity for maximum visibility and a prime location at the event. Don’t miss out!
Who Should Apply?
We are seeking vendors who align with the event's culture and lifestyle, including but not limited to:
K-pop merchandise (albums, light sticks, posters, trading cards, clothing, etc.)
K-pop-themed art and accessories, inspired beauty products, lifestyle brands, fan art, and services
Retailers (products, merchandise, clothing, accessories, etc.)
Artists and creators (art, crafts, jewelry, etc.)
Services (photography, beauty, entertainment, etc.)
Event-related goods (decorations, supplies, etc.)
Non-profit organizations or community groups
What’s Included as a Vendor
Allocated Vendor Space: A designated area in our high-traffic area, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic.
Access to all convention attendees: Engage with a diverse audience of all ages, including passionate K-pop enthusiasts, music lovers, and fans of Korean culture. This is a unique chance to showcase your products to attendees with a deep appreciation for K-pop and its vibrant cultural influence.
Marketing & Promotion: Your business featured on our website, social media, and event promotions, some restrictions may apply.
Vendor Badges: 10x10 vendors will receive two (2) admission badges, while 10x20 vendors will receive four (4) admission badges to the convention, including all related activities and the concert.
Easy Load-in & Setup Assistance: Our event team will provide full support to ensure a smooth and efficient setup process. Easy load-in and setup instructions will be provided in advance, making the process as seamless as possible.

Vendor Guidelines
Setup and Teardown: TBD
Permitted Items: Vendors may only sell approved and appropriate merchandise. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling any items that are offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.
Behavior: Vendors are expected to behave professionally and respect all event attendees, staff, and other vendors. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Health & Safety: Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the event.

To apply for a booth at KPOP MINNECON, please follow the steps below to start your application and secure your spot!
STEP 1: REVIEW VENDOR OPTIONS – Choose the booth size that best fits your needs. Don’t forget to check available add-ons like tables and chairs!
We offer both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces, with priority given to indoor spaces for those who register early. Indoor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure the best possible location, we encourage vendors to complete their registration as soon as possible.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION – Fill out the form with your business details, product offerings, and any required documents, if applicable.
PROVIDE REQUIRE REGISTRATION MATERIALS
Detailed description of the products/services you intend to sell.
Images or samples of your products (if available).
Vendors are required to have their own liability insurance coverage.
All vendors are responsible for reporting their sales tax collections and payments, the Minnesota Sales Tax form can be obtained here. https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sales-and-use-tax
All vendors must review, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in the vendor agreement, and provide their acknowledgment upon completing the checkout process. The Vendor Agreement and Acknowledgement are available for your review.
STEP 3: SUBMIT PAYMENT –Please note that your application will not be considered complete until payment has been fully processed. Ensure your payment is completed to finalize your application and secure your space.
STEP 4: STAY TUNED! –Once submitted, you will receive confirmation after payment is processed. Spaces are prioritized for vendors on a first-come, first-served basis, and additional details will be provided as the event date approaches.

Waste Disposal Access – Nearby trash bins for easy cleanup.
WIFI included.
Easy loading and unloading area.
Additional Options:
Electrical hookups: $150.

2 Tables and 2 Chairs will be included.
