Volunteer Acknowledgment and Agreement
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at KPOP MINNECON, our K-pop convention! We are thrilled to have you join our team and help make this event a memorable experience for all attendees. Please take a moment to carefully review and acknowledge the following information before submitting your volunteer application.
By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge the following:
Commitment: As a volunteer, you agree to dedicate your time and efforts to the tasks assigned to you during the event. We ask that you be punctual, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the convention.
Event Details: You understand that KPOP MINNECON will take place on September 6, 2025 at Double Tree Hilton Minneapolis Airport. You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled shifts and participate in any necessary training or briefing sessions before the event begins.
Responsibilities: You acknowledge that your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting with attendee registration, guiding guests, managing event activities, providing information, or helping with setup and breakdown.
Conduct and Behavior: As a volunteer, you are expected to act professionally and courteously toward attendees, staff, and fellow volunteers. You agree to abide by the event's code of conduct and follow the instructions of event organizers and staff at all times.
Health and Safety: You confirm that you will comply with all health, safety, and security protocols in place during the event. This may include wearing appropriate attire, following safety guidelines, and adhering to COVID-19 protocols (if applicable).
Liability Waiver: You understand that by volunteering, you are participating in an event where certain risks may exist. You agree to waive any claims against the event organizers, sponsors, and other parties involved, and acknowledge that you are volunteering of your own free will.
Consent to Use of Image and Media: You grant the event organizers permission to take photographs, videos, and other media during the event, and consent to the use of such media in promotional materials, social media, and other related content.
Confidentiality: You agree to keep any confidential information related to the event, attendees, or other volunteers private and not share it with others without prior consent from the organizers.
