We invite all panelists to submit programming that is designed to be enjoyable for people of all ages! Panels at KPOP MINNECON should maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, with content that is appropriate for attendees of various age groups, including children, teens, and adults.

While we embrace a wide range of K-pop topics, please ensure that your panel is suitable for a general audience or adjust it to fit within PG-13 guidelines if it includes themes that might be more mature. Our goal is to offer a diverse and inclusive experience that is welcoming to everyone, regardless of age.

If you believe your panel might include material better suited for a specific age group, please indicate that in your submission. We'll work with you to ensure the content aligns with the convention’s standards, ensuring it remains enjoyable and respectful for all attendees.

Please note that KPOP MINNECON is unable to provide laptops, adapters, or other personal devices for panelists hosting sessions. All panelists are required to bring their own devices and necessary equipment for their presentations, including laptops, chargers, and any adapters you may need to connect to projectors or audiovisual equipment.

Additionally, panelists are welcome to use multimedia elements such as videos, slideshows, and music during their presentations. Please ensure you bring the appropriate files, devices, or media necessary to support your content.

We recommend that you test your equipment and media before your panel to ensure compatibility with the provided setup in the panel room.

To ensure all panelists have an opportunity to share their content and to maintain a smooth flow of programming, all panels at KPOP MINECON will be scheduled for one hour. This timeframe includes both your presentation and time for audience questions or discussion.

We kindly ask that you plan your panel accordingly to fit within this hour-long window, allowing for a smooth transition between panels. By keeping panels to this duration, we can ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to present and that the event runs on time.

Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate any preferred panel time requests, panel times cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on scheduling needs. We strive to create a balanced and diverse programming schedule, and panel times will be assigned based on availability and overall event logistics.

Please be prepared for the possibility of your panel being scheduled at a different time than requested.

All approved panels will be notified 4 weeks prior to the event. Once your panel is confirmed, you will receive details about your scheduled time, room assignment, and any additional logistical information to help you prepare.

We appreciate your patience during the selection process, and we’ll ensure that all panelists are informed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth experience leading up to KPOP MINNECON.

The full schedule of events for KPOP MINNECON will be shared 4 weeks prior to the event. This will include the finalized panel times, locations, and any other important details to help you plan your participation and attendance.

We recommend checking the schedule once it's released to ensure you have the most up-to-date information for the event.

Each approved panelist will receive one free badge to attend KPOP MINNECON. This badge will grant you access to the event for the duration of the convention, including all panels, performances, and activities.
